Nigo Steps down as BAPE's President

Nigo has decided to step down as president andbrand director as A Bathing Ape, that he established back in 93′.  He will still do the designs for BAPE and he is working with Pharrell as co-owner and head designer for both Ice Cream and Billionare Boys Club

The Bapesta from last year’s SpongeBob x Bape capsule is seen here in an all new light. The shoe features the replacing the previously seen patent leather upper with croc leather. No word (most likely not) yet on a release date, but we assume these were custom joints for Pharrell.
