Despite the rumours of Michael Jackson making an appearance were predictably false, the show was did see a highlight with Alicia. She was absolutely pitch-perfect, I didn't think her vocal ability could improve any further, but she still manages to amaze me. I fail to see how people can say that music is not what it used to be & that there is no real talent around, have they never seen Ms Keys? I am lucky enough to be seeing her live when she performs in London in a few weeks, of course I'll be letting you know how that goes.
