One of earliest recipes Alton Brown convinced me to try was the chewy chocolate chip cookie. When I first saw &quot;Three chips for sister Marsha,&quot; the chewy version immediately jumped out and I had to make them. And this is one of the first recipes I tried from Good Eats.
