Wow!! Why don't trees look like that in Texas? While we were in Paris, we bought an accessories magazine, and they had styled this Ann Demeulemeester boot with one shaft on, one shaft off. I couldn't resist trying it myself!  Mom's beautiful Dries van Noten pumps that I am soooo jealous of.
