In an attempt to prevent Ford Shelley from disseminate alleged illegally gained possessions of Anna Nicole Smith from Horizons following her death; the Estate has filed a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order in the federal court in S. C. August 19, 2008 Motion by the Estate of Anna Nicole Smith for a Temporary Restraining Order in regards to the Subpoena Duces Tecum about releasing the alleged property taken illegally to Cosby's lawyers. August 19, 2008 a copy of the Subpoena Duces Tecum that Cosby and Hachette served on Ford Shelley via his lawyer in Georgia for most of the things removed from Horizons allegedly illegally.
