By Posted by Rose What I find striking is the lack of Affidavits (only three filed), Admissions, Deposition transcripts, Interrogatories, Document productions, etc. to set out the “factual” bases for a Motion for Summary Judgment. What I have seen is many tabloid media filed to both support that O’Quinn did not defame Stern, just look at the “blog postings”, and then many tabloid media filed to say, “You can’t find that someone defamed another based on Tabloid Media”. Stern, and CBS Studios, calling it a tactic to get the case back to state court. The lawsuit is one prong of a two-case legal battle between Virgie Arthur, a Montgomery County resident, and Stern. By Rose Turner I was invited to the 2nd Annual Reality Check Event last weekend in W. Hollywood, CA as a celebrity guest. Since this event happened to fall on Gay Pride weekend, it was chaotic and fun…tons of people! I was remembering how Anna Nicole Smith was the Grand Marshal for “Gay Pride” years ago and how happy she was with all the adoring fans, as she waved from the car! When I arrived at the event I noticed that Nathan Collins was arriving in a taxi just in front of my Mercedes, he was also invited to this event. Talk about timing!
