By QV In Los Angeles, where I can not get documents from by the way, there is a hearing in Howard K. Stern vs Mark Speer. Speer was a body guard hired by Debra Opri for Larry Birkhead. Stern is accusing Speer of libeling him by statements that appeared in Rita Cosby’s book Blond Ambition. Stern is suing Cosby for the book as well. Attorneys for Stern filed the lawsuit against Speer and Jackie Hatten who was a friend of Anna Nicole Smith’s, the night before Speer was to give a deposition in  Stern vs Rita Cosby. Another defendant, Bonnie Stern the one who filed bankruptcy is not required to appear because of that filing but attorneys for Howard K.
