Tom Pirtle in on talking about Virgie is filing an appeal. Greta plays part of the clown tape video again that has been edited. Pirtle admits that Ford Shelley gave them the clown video and he seems to imply they [Virgie’s legal team] have seen the whole tape before it was played in court. Dr. Wecht brings up the hair might not be that good for testing because of the bleaching and the sun in the Bahamas. Eric Redding is on the show talking about her becoming addicted. Alex Goen tears into what Hatten is saying and sets the record of Howard K. Stern has never been about the money. They discuss the 6% contingency fee that Stern has in regards to the Marshall settlement.
