On September 25, 2008, per the court docket report, the bankruptcy court converted the chapter 11 filing for reorganization to a Chapter 7 with liquidation of both Trimspa and the parent company of Goen Technology.

rnAn auction of all assets has been set for October 27 at 10:00 AM, just like a town square auction from olden days and something that many are going to see in the future, I predict, with the stock market crash.

rnUp on the auction block will be all of the office equipment including computers, and furniture, pallet racking, packaging material, forklifts, general warehouse equipment, a 2007 Chevrolet pick-up, 2 tag along van trailers [one with a painting of Anna Nicole Smith on the side of it], 2 motorcycles, and an Indy-Style race car.
