Lots of new papers filed in Florida

In filings that began to appear on PACER at about 11:45 PM on October 3, and going well into October 4, John O’Quinn and the O’Quinn Law Firm has filed numerous Motions to Dismiss and a Summary Judgment against Howard K. Stern in the Southern District of Florida.
What I find striking is the lack of Affidavits (only three filed), Admissions, Deposition transcripts, Interrogatories, Document productions, etc. to set out the “factual” bases for a Motion for Summary Judgment. What I have seen is many tabloid media filed to both support that O’Quinn did not defame Stern, just look at the “blog postings”, and then many tabloid media filed to say, “You can’t find that someone defamed another based on Tabloid Media”. A lot of go through and get up for you, but you can start downloading what we have now and expect an article of 3 or 4 up soon as I go through all of this.
