By Bob Sassone Here's an interesting TV commercial for the stores. Apparently Batman and Robin shopped there. And not as Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson, they actually shopped as Batman and Robin, in their costumes. Yeah, I'm sure that didn't cause a ruckus.

By noreply@blogger.com (SallyP) Streets of Gotham #6. This continues the story with Manbat and Huntress, with a bit of a twist at the end, which was pretty good all things considered. And it is always nice to see Manhunter. Oh, and Dick Grayson shows up, the Paris Hilton of Gotham. The Flash: Rebirth #5 The Outsiders #24

By Chris Sims If pressed, though, I’ve got to admit that my favorite of the ones listed is the outright insanity of super-villain names. Like I said when the last issue of Batman and Robin came out, if I’m Dick Grayson and I meet a guy named “Oberon Sexton,” I’m just going to start hitting him on general prin...

By legacysword@gmail.com (Kevin) Tony Daniel's writing on Battle for the Cowl was very unimpressive. Still, since the end of Battle for the Cowl I have been enjoying the new direction of the Batman universe with Dick Grayson as Batman and where all of the other Batman related characters are at. So let's see how Daniel's does i...

By Babs If you have been reading the series since 'Battle For The Cowl' then you are probably familiar with the quasi fall-out between Tim Drake (former Robin,) and Dick Grayson (former Nightwing). The cool thing about Tomasi's book is that he draws the parallel in the two characters' similariti...

By noreply@blogger.com (Tom Bondurant) Memorable milestones make the Batman timeline is relatively easy to figure. (By the way, has "Batman: Y...

By ComicList The comic begins with a simple chase of the villain named Mr. Toad. The scene is fairly short but it provides a good look at the central characters. As is what you would expect, Dick Grayson as Batman is not at all like Bruce Wayne as Batman. He’s got a sense of humor and we see it in this opening seque...

Batman #683 REVIEW

The issue begins with more images from Batman’s past, but the scene quickly shifts to a Bruce Wayne, who is not nor has ever been Batman, talking with Alfred. This Bruce Wayne, while working as a doctor, is robbed by the Catwoman and then tries to find his dog in a well only to discover a body of a circus boy who was killed some time before. The obvious connection is this was the fate of Dick Grayson at the hands of the Joker. The non-Batman Bruce Wayne’s discovery of the body triggers the real Batman into action. Unconscious Batman then watches his mistakes play out again with regard to Jason Todd and his eventual death. He also watches the Joker shoot Barbara Gordon. Finally, the dream sequence Batman confronts Alfred about a statement Alfred made th... [read the full post]

A lot of die-hard fans have objected to the idea of calling Dick Grayson "DJ." I am not one of them. I think DC should have taken advantage of one of their continuity reboots ("Crisis on Infinite Earths," "Zero Hour" or "Infinite Crisis," take your pick) to alter Dick's genetalia-icious name...
