I liked this, even if I didn't understand half of it, although it does finally seem to make a certain amount of sense. I guess it's a good thing that Nemesis dumped poor Wonder Woman, considering the last page.

By ComicList Tonight at the New York Comic Con, VP Dan DiDio did his best to explain the FINAL CRISIS mini series, including how Batman RIP and FC flowed together, or didn't. DiDio addressed confusion behind how Final Crisis and Batman R.I.P., both written by Grant Morrison, flow. DiDio pointed to the projector, saying that story started with the first issues of "R.I.P.," going to Final Crisis #1, and then the last issue of "R.I.P.," Batman #681, then moving to Final Crisis #3. After that falls the "Last Rites" story (Batman #682-683), and then Final Crisis #6. The next part after that, somewhat logically, was Final Crisis #7. By ComicList Any signs yet of the financial crisis affecting the periodical direct market in October? No, not really. Thanks to several high-profile books that weren’t published in September coming out again, DC Comics’ average periodical sales jumped back up, as expected. The publisher’s DC Universe line continued to be dominated by the blockbuster events Final Crisis and “Batman RIP” and their numerous spin-off and tie-in titles. In other news, Pa Kent died, Supergirl got another new creative team and Superman kicked off the “New Krypton” crossover, with modest results. I have already glowingly praised this issue in my review. Suffice it to say that Morrison is blowing my mind with his Batman RIP story arc. This is an incredibly crafted mystery story. Action Comics #865 Daredevil #107 The Winner: Action Comics #865 However I had to give the award for Most Surprising Read of the week to Action Comics #685. This was a great little read. I was already to dismiss this issue as pure filler. That Action Comics #865 was just an effort by Johns to burn some pages and waste time until the next major story arc.
