By podcast@mail2tv.com (RikerDonegal) 11.00 That '70s Show 07.00 The Six Million Dollar Man And The Bionic Woman 09.00 If Tomorrow Comes In terms of characters I like the new Bionic Woman a lot. Had she been set up in a series of her own, I would have liked it. Kate is a nice person and she's delighted with her new bionics. There's none of that annoying angst we've seen in the past. It's fine at first, but by the time we got to whiny Michael Austin it had grown tiresome. Here, at last, is a well-adjusted person who instantly thinks that being bionic is fun and opens up a new world to her. Unlike Michael Austin (a character I really hated) she's not inept and manages - at the very end - to be the one to kill the baddie. [read the full post]

By podcast@mail2tv.com (RikerDonegal) The heroes are ineffectual. Michael Austin is a newly created bionic man in this movie. He is far superior to Steve and Jaime. Yet he is easily captured and has to be rescued by a whole squad of his friends. Steve and Jaime, meanwhile, do absolutely nothing in the movie. They are targeted for kidnapping and spend the movie's few moments of actions reacting to attacks upon them. At the very end of the movie, the OSI - somehow - located the HQ of the baddies and tell Steve and Jaime where to go. They arrive with a whole squad of armed people and proceed to do very little that is useful. Jaime, at one stage, is about to be shot down in cold blood, but a no-name minor character saves her by shooting down her attacker. [read the full post]

By monster7of9 Let me start by saying that in less the 3 minutes I am already pissed about this episode. Jamie is having margaritas with her friends. They are complaining to her not having a man in her life. What was really troublesome was the camera kept moving in cinema verte style which does not work here. Thi...

By John And is Sara Corvis a villian or a really misguided bionic friend? Either way, Katee Sackhoff really grabs your attention when she’s on screen just like she did as Starbuck in BSG. Sara comes across as mysterious, dangerous, and sexy all at the same time. A very lethal combination indeed.

By Ace14 Last week, Private Practice and Bionic Woman were jointly, and depressingly, reviewed in The New York Times. By Editors To further spice things up, the creators of the new series have given Jaime the equivalent of an evil twin. Jaime’s foe is an earlier bionic-woman-gone-bad, played by Katee Sackhoff. By Alan Sepinwall I made most of my complaints with "Bionic Woman" clear in the column -- Michelle Ryan's bland, the fight scenes aren't that impressive, etc. -- but I had a few other issues.
