FL's Take: Donaghy might have been the only ref betting on games, but he wasn't the only ref consciously affecting the outcomes of games. I believe Donaghy when he said that orders came down from the top to affect the outcome of games. It is either that or the referees are extremely incompetent. One thing is right, something needs to change or there will be more scandals to come.
