By tvtbt Hip Hop Wired recently reported that rappers Ice Cube and Bow Wow will be starring in a new film, Lottery Ticket. In this upcoming film, Bow Wow will play a young man trying to fend off greedy neighbors that are trying to take his lottery ticket, worth $350 million.
