Hot in the Hive: Burberry Goes Wham Bam Glam

My love affair with Burberry accessories started innocently enough, with a lovely candy-colored pink check scarf.  Then there were the shoes, and the bag, and the wallet, and the other bag, and the near-purchase of a trench coat for the dog. 

My powers of self-control are in for a true test when it comes to these new additions to the Burberry family.  They’re definitely more luxurious looking than their novacheck counterparts, and I didn’t think that was possible! 

I especially love the disco ball effect of the Gem clutch, and the shiny (but not too shiny!) quilted leather on the Manor bag.  It’s the mark of an established designer when their bags can stand on their own and are recognizable even without flashy logos or signature prints.
