CSI: Miami

My brother has been printing off kanji characters for like 5 hours, so I haven't been able to get on the computer at all. I have stuff to take care of, but I had to come here first. :D Now for thoughts on CSI: Miami, aka the first part of the three-way crossover:

Monday, Nov. 9 (10:00-11:00 PM) CSI: MIAMI - Horatio Caine (David Caruso) calls Dr. Ray Langston (Laurence Fishburne) to come to Miami when a severed leg found in the Everglades is discovered to belong to a girl who went missing in Las Vegas a week earlier.

So, Bobby was on CSI: Miami tonight... To be fair, they didn't really show him being a douchebag in "Green Piece" on NY last season (even though the character was a douchebag), but they showed how much his character was a total tool in this episode of Miami.

Interesting phrase to see while scrolling down the Google News results for CSI: I might be watching CSI Miami, and I'm eating a slice of souse meat on a saltine cracker with hot sauce." From here. Don't know the context, don't need to.

I gotta be honest - I'm a bit bummed that the new season has started. I was enjoying not having to keep up with TV at all. I get the feeling I'll probably end up just watching the three CSI shows so I can keep up with things for CSI Files and let the rest of it fall by the wayside. I would say 'I'll catch it...

CSI: NY's Hill Harper Is Looking for Love This is the first time a crossover will involve all three of the CBS hit procedurals. The last crossover occurred in 2005 with CSI: Miami and CSI: NY, but the episode did not involve any of the characters from the original CSI

I also need to do a spoiler report for the CSI: Miami season 8 premiere, a quick article about AJ Buckley at the Calgary Stampede and a 'This Week on CSI' article for CSI Files (and maybe another article, but I'm not sure about that one yet).

However, every time I see Patrick Fischler, I always think of the 'wolf' from the CSI episode "Fur and Loathing". *lol* cough* It's a bit annoying that it would be such a Big Deal in episode 6 and then not mentioned at all in episode 7, but that's the nature of shows like this. cough*

Overall, the episode was kind of...uneventful. Katharine did much better than some of the other stunt casting we've gotten in the past, but the singing scene just hammered home that it was stunt casting. We already had a singing stunt-casting episode this season ("Help", conveniently enoug...
