By range Californication title card, via Wikipedia Flaz and Hank go to a party, thanks to Runkle. They meet Sue’s husband, who is in a wheel chair. Marcy wants to screw in Sue’s house. Runkle tells Marcy about the STDs. She knocks him on the kisser. She runs off with his car.

By range Sue wants to pimp out Moody to some high-powered older women to make him attractive to Hollywood again. Hank takes Becca shopping. Hank doesn’t want to buy her $200 jeans. Felicia drops Chelsea off. They take Becca shopping. Runkle makes another play for Marcie, and she capitulates.

By range Runkle tries to talk to Marcie about signing a big fish, but it doesn’t go anywhere. His boss, played disgustingly by Kathleen Turner, makes incredibly vomit-inducing passes at Runkle, that border on sexual abuse. Runkle bunks at Moody’s.

By range Hank has decided taking the teaching gig. He is having dinner with Runkle, Marcie, and Becca. Becca is busy texting. Runkle is trying to make his play for Marcie, but it’s falling on deaf ears. A tall, black dude comes to pick up Marcie for a date.

By range Runkle is meeting Marcie’s lawyer. Runkle has financial problems. He decides to move back in. She is trying to screw him. It’s like getting hit on by an old man. Runkle comes to see Marcie at their house. He’s drunk and wants another shot. Hank calls Karen. She just came home from a date.

By range Charlie talks with Marcy. She doesn’t want anything to do with him. Karen leaves for NYC. Becca and Hank stay in LA for now. They walk on the pier and meet Michelle, the surfer chick. Hank is tempted and Michelle gives him a smooch and leaves.

By Jason the TVaholic Show: Californication (Showtime) Rating: 2.5 out of 4 Stars Acting wise, it’s very good. Everyone on the show is very good in his or her parts. Especially, the daughter Becca, played by Madeleine Martin. The character is a bit odd, but she gets some great lines.

By Paul Levinson Californication concluded its delightful first season on Showtime last night with an hilarious, savvy, altogether satisfying 12th episode. What I will tell you is that David Duchovny was spectacular, as he was throughout the entire season. And Tom Kapinos' writing was brilliant as it's been throughout the entire series, too. In the end, Californication was really not about sex or nudity. It was about attitude. About not always ideal but more or less healthy attitude.
