Xbox users have been able to enjoy the Lost Planet 2 demo for some time, and now PS3 owners will soon have a chance to sample the game; Capcom have confirmed the demo will be available next week and will also have two extra co-op missions that are not available in the 360 demo.

Capcom announces that a demo for its upcoming shooter, Lost Planet 2 will be released on the XBL on August 19th. The demo will include a boss battle with a Salamander, which involves you getting inside it and blowing it up. No word on a demo for the PSN/ PC yet.
