The redheaded Gossip girl mostly just wants revenge on Carter, and she wants it bad. Better luck next time, Nate. 3. While Joanna Garcia only has 1 more episode (I believe), the door is open for her to return.  I don’t see how this was the “Romeo and Juliet” love story, though, that Garcia and Chace Crawford claimed it would be.
