Will the new season of Chuck see the closing of the Buy More? Interview with Vic Sahay « multipleverses.com

By Kate Will the new season of Chuck see the closing of the Buy More? Interview with Vic Sahay June 11- TV Guide Chuck could snap back into action sooner than planned, if his increasingly cool services are called for. Though the action-comedy isn’t expected to return until March 2010 — after NBC’s Winter Olympics coverage has wrapped — cast and crew will commence production on the hard-earned Season 3 in August. That way, “We will be ready to come back whenever we’re asked to come back,” Vik Sahay (who plays the Buy More’s morally challenged Lester) said during a visit with TVGuide.com. “And that’s good to know.” What’s also good to know is that Chuck’s 13-episode order could be super-sized if the series returns to strong ratings. “That’s the hope,” sa... Opinion: Why I Love Chuck « multipleverses.com
Original at Multipleverses.com
• Tue, May 19
By Michal By Michal There are very few shows my family can agree on let alone sit down and watch together. My dad is a fan of crime shows and pretty much anything involving spies while the BBC series As Time Goes By is the only show to date I can remember my mother ever watching in it’s entirety. Well, that was until I discovered Chuck and convinced my father to watch it, who in turn converted my mother. The rest is history…well as least as far as my family is concerned. I got the first season for Christmas last year and after a mini-marathon, two uncles, an aunt and a couple of my cousins became fans. Unfortunately, none of us are a Neilsen family and the fact Chuck might not return for another season is a real possibility and looming tragedy. When describing why I lov... [read the full post]

By Michal Oh, Chuck Me! Recap & highlights from “Chuck verses the Ring” By Michal “Thank you for saving my life at least once a week.” – Chuck Well, I’ve come to this conclusion: I should have bought a few more sandwiches at Subway today. I’m going to be beyond frustrated and heartbroken if this show doesn’t get picked up for another season. There will not be enough chocolate or alcohol in the world to help console me… But onto festivities…if you haven’t watched the episode yet, the standard spoiler warning applies and you should stop reading now. Okay, actually now! I loved The O.C. finales and had high hopes that Josh Schwartz, Chris Fedak & company would create a beyond fantastic season finale. They took it a step further and created an hour of tele... [read the full post]

By Michal This week on Michal’s DVR… By Michal Legend of the Seeker – “Mirror” This was just a fun - albeit filler - episode and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Erika wrote up a great review earlier in the week, but I just had to add how much I loved the final scene. Bruce Spence (Zed) played it wonderfully. Sure it was over-the-top, but I needed the laughs! Chuck – “Chuck vs the Ring” What more can I add to my earlier review? I’ve watched the episode about 8 times now and I still rewind the Mr. Roboto scene every time. I just don’t understand why this show isn’t a bigger hit. Bones – The Beaver in the Otter If only this episode had featured the Sweets/Brennan exchange after the interrogation (“You’re not gonna believe me anyway. You’re just gonna say I guessed, so have i... [read the full post]
