I’m sort of enthralled by this spectacle here.” Pointing to the producers of the show, Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak, Baldwin said, “I’m just being drawn along by these guys.” Yvonne Strahovski (”Sarah Walker”) told me that the whole experience with Chuck, including being part of the Paley Fest, is “Pretty incredible. Zac Levi (Chuck) and Josh Gomez (Morgan) are seriously in the biggest bromance this side of Make Me a Supermodel’s Ronnie and Prison Ben. They’re frik-n-frak and I’m happy they’ve found each other. God bless the women that dare come between these two. It could get ugly. It’s nice to have a back nine, but you don’t really know what that means at the end of the day. You don’t know when you can go back to work. If they were to resolve the strike today, then they’d have to start writing, and the writing would take them through the rest of January, and we stop production in February. But I don’t know if they’re going to resolve the strike before the holidays. By savetheoc “We’re not holding back for January,” said Vince Manze, president of scheduling at NBC.There’s a fine line between keeping existing programs in reserve and letting them run to their natural hiatus points, Manze said. “You take your chances if you’re taking off a new show, especially,” he said. “We’re gaining momentum with a show like ‘Chuck.’ Do you want to hold it back or get as many fans as possible?” While Manze declined to outline NBC’s plans — that probably will come after Thanksgiving — he said that the network will have just as many original hours of programming as it would have had in the first quarter without a strike.
