Jordana Brewster begins a multi-episode guest-star stint as Jill, Chuck’s former flame and college sweetie, a beauty who broke his heart and derailed his life. Chuck runs into her by chance and, of course, embellishes his status in life to impress her. But Chuck quickly springs into spy mode upon discovering that her research-scientist boss may be involved in the development of a bioweapon.
