As detailed last month, Crytek have reissued patch v1.1 for Crysis Warhead which includes the original patch and has a hotfix for several minor issues including the changing of resolution in Windows Vista.

Crysis Warhead fans will be pleased to hear that a new patch to remedy the reported issues in the single player game is nearly complete.

Crysis Warhead will receive a patch in the new year," said the team in a statement. "It's almost finished thanks to some hard work from the Warhead team, so that's something to look forward to." The company also noted that a new editor and SDK will be the next priority.

Along with the patch, the developer announced that the PC multiplayer shooter will be free-to-play for 10 days, from December 19 through December 29. The game originally permiered as the multiplayer component of Crysis Warhead earlier this year.

Crytek announced the release of the latest Crysis Warhead patch, the one designed to fix things up for the multiplayer portion of the shooter.
