Forget about getting tickets to American Idol David Cook’s national concert tour appearance in Kansas City April 22. The Blue Springs, Mo., native’s “Declaration Tour – 2009” will take him to 40 cities, kicking off in Tallahassee, Fla., Feb. 13 and wrapping up in Tulsa, Okla., April 25.
