David reveals in this interview that he wrote “Declaration”, the new song he performed on Saturday Night Live, with Johnny Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls. They wrote the song together in Rzeznik’s hometown of Buffalo, NY, and David says, “We knocked that song out kind of quickly.”
