Matt Millen, now an analyst for ESPN and the NFL Network, was asked to compare his current job to his former position as president of the Lions.

The Lions' first order of business during their busy bye week is today's 4 p.m. trade deadline. After replacing president Matt Millen last year, general manager Martin Mayhew's first major move was trading wide receiver Roy Williams to Dallas minutes before time expired.
