'Call Girl' is frothy summer fun, but 'Weeds' wilts

By Tempo Showtime sent eight episodes for review, and they were like candy: Before I knew it, they were all gone. It’s a good thing “Call Girl” offers up some airy fun, because its companions series, “Weeds” (9 p.m. Monday, Showtime ) is mostly dour and depressing at the start of its fourth season.
