Kevin Connolly cleared in Chris Paciello assault case

Entourage star Kevin Connolly could find himself drawn into the arrest last Sunday of Chris Paciello, the former Brooklyn mobster and Madonna flame. A source tells us Connolly had been cruising with Paciello shortly before Paciello punched out knife-wielding ex-con Will Wright. (Paciello and Wright both say they were acting in self-defense.) "Kevin bailed when he sensed there was going to be trouble," says the insider. Though Connolly isn't accused of any wrongdoing, police want to question him, says the source. With Season 5 wrapping up in NYC next week, and two new movies coming out next year, Kevin Connolly's in the mist of a very successful acting career. A generally good guy like Kevin may not judge his friends based on their questionable past, but Hollywood may. Hopefully, Kevin will be able to clear his name and walk away unscathed.
