Contrary to what was originally announced, the online co-op multiplayer patch for “Fable II†will be available tomorrow, the same day the game launches; members of the development team said regarding this unexpected surprise.

Fable 2 was initially scheduled to ship off without the co-op online feature, but Lionhead managed to get some lucky ace from their sleeve and announce that the patch will become available as soon as the game hits the console.

Talking with Lionhead Studios head and Fable II designer Peer Molyneux today, he reaffirmed that the cooperative play patch for Fable II is still looking good for a day one release.
