By podcast@mail2tv.com (RikerDonegal) 02.00 Mystery Science Theatre 3000 09.30 Family Guy Mystery Science Theatre 3000. Season 7, Episode 13. "The Sinister Urge" A hilarious entry in the MST3K canon, using another badly-made b-movie from Edward D. Wood, Jr.. Family Guy. Episode 18. "A Very Special Family Guy Freakin' Christmas" Lois drives the story in this one (with her obsession/depression with Christmas) but Stewie gets a great sub-plot where he believes that Santa has him under surveillance. Biggest laugh in the episode (at least according to my sister) goes to the bit where Peter is engaged in a mad chase through a busy shopping mall, where he and his quarry stop to ride the escalator without moving. Resuming their chase once they reach the top. [read the full post]

By Jaime Weinman But Seth MacFarlane is going to give it to us anyway. (She’ll be one of the talking bears on The Cleveland Show, the Family Guy spinoff.) The NY Times article suggests the reason for the difference: MacFarlane spends most of his time with Family Guy, and leaves American Dad (and now The Clevel...

It's good to be back, people, but catching up on last week's episodes and reading Genevieve's blog bummed me out; wouldn't you know it, the one week I'm tied up with Sunday night commitments is when all four cartoons are pretty damn good. I agree with Ms. Koski: Last week's line-up was as close...

By Jordan Richardson Family Guy is a very polarizing television show. Some respond rather well to the bizarre antics and irreverent humour, while others see no point to the often chaotic and meandering stories, in-jokes, and constant flashbacks or pop culture references. The animated show from Seth MacFarl...

By mikeglauser The ratings for "Family Guy" are noticeably higher than those for "American Dad", but Fox positions "American Dad" before "The Simpsons", instead of after. One of Fox's TV scheduling flaws has been its unwillingness to stick to a decent show after "The Simpsons". Every time a show perform...

By Brett Love That made for a nice tie-in to the Lois and Stewie subplot. That was also well done. I like that even though Stewie is operating on an adult level most of the time, they still have him dealing with baby issues like the "mine" phase. Not unlike how Brian the talking dog still has issues with draggin...
PS2 Review: Family Guy - The Video Game

• Thu, Oct 26
By Matt Paprocki Sadly, that's not enough of a reason to deal with the simplistic gameplay. It's an obvious attempt to parody some classic retro titles, yet fails to be anywhere near as advanced as the games it's mimicking. Family Guy is inappropriate for all ages, and it has nothing to do with the rated conte...

By Ryan j Budke This show had some great moments and while it was funny through-out, where was everyone else? This was the Peter, Brian, James half hour.
