By Steve Gorten One player who DeBoer clearly is happy with is rookie defenseman Dmitry Kulikov. DeBoer said the decision made yesterday to keep Kulikov boiled down to whether the Panthers had a better chance of beating Ottawa tonight with him in the lineup.

General manager Randy Sexton said Dmitry Kulikov will remain with the Panthers for the foreseeable future.
