By J. GALLEGO According to Women’s Wear Daily, the leaseholders — shopping center owner, operator Macerich — said 12 of 41 Mervyn’s sites it owns will be leased to Kohl’s and 10 to Forever 21. So far no reports on who owns the leaseholds for the remaining leases bought by Kohl’s and Forever 21.
