Oh, Fringe, I've missed you. Overall, this was a huge breakthrough for the show. Almost like a second pilot. I’ve enjoyed Fringe from the beginning, but was waiting for an episode to launch the story into the stratosphere with the greats like Lost and The Prisoner.

I’ve written a lot about Fringe, primarily because there was a lot of misconceptions going in and a lot of misconceptions as it aired. This show isn’t Lost, having more in common with Abrams’ work on Alias than anything on his more recent series. The show has been dangerously procedural, lar...

Our good friend Amy from FilmingInBrooklyn.com was at the New York TV Festival screening of Fringe. Since the screening was scheduled after the season premiere, they showed Fringe Episode 2 - The Same Old Story.

Amy also happened to be in Brooklyn while they were filming this very episode.

I didn’t fall in love with Fringe immediately after watching the pilot, like I did other Abrams' shows Felicity and Lost. But, Fringe is definitely worth investing in for a second look. The cast alone packs a mighty punch.
