By noreply@blogger.com (Andrenn) Now with that said let’s move onto the comics. Of course the awesome final 2 page spread that just left us all excited for more. Sure, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Arrow are all sure to be back to normal pretty soon but I’m certain that Ice will stay dead or maybe even Donna Troy.

By noreply@blogger.com (Jim) Ed's covers combined Will Eisner like designs with Marvel style drawings. The combination proved effective. Ed's interior artwork appeared in Peter Parker, Green Arrow, and many others. Another way you can help Ed is to buy the Skull and Crossbones graphic novel from Moonstone in Decembe...

By legacysword@gmail.com (Kevin) Batman: The Brave and the Bold Ep. 24 It was introduced here more for comedy I figure, as it was pretty funny seeing Green Arrow get rejected by Canary. Though it comes to fruition at the very end, but more on that when I tackle the songs. Episode Rating: 10 Night Girls out of 10 Kevin

By legacysword@gmail.com (Kevin) The opening to this episode with Batman and Green Arrow trying to one up each other while stopping Joker and then Catwoman was a lot of fun to watch and one of the best openings so far. I'm sure a lot of the older DC Comics fans will enjoy it as it is a nice callback to when Green Arrow would always ha...

By noreply@blogger.com (Thom Kallor) Synopsis: The story begins with Nightwing telling a combination of Justice Leaguers, Justice Society members, Outsiders and Teen Titans to go. They are going through a portal. Green Lantern and Superman are the last 2 to go. Green Lantern asks if Trigon is really that dangerous. Nightwing responds that Trigon has a hundred thousand troops waiting to invade our dimension unless we do a pre-emptive strike. Superman comments that Nightwing is the best one to coordinate the attack. Nightwing signals the second wave of heroes to go. Green Arrow tells them that since Nightwing bluffed the entire Justice League, he is no longer welcome at poker night.   [read the full post]

By Rokk Krinn We cut to Maxwell Lord’s office where Superman has a beaten Wildcat in his grip. Lord commands Superman to kill Wildcat. Superman stands there motionless and refuses to kill. Lord comments how he can control Superman to do anything except kill. I continue to dig this collection of villains that Johns and Katz have assembled on this story arc. It is becoming obvious that Supernova is indeed the leader of this cabal of villains. That is an excellent twist. When these villains were first revealed, the vast majority of readers had to immediately think that Supernova was a flunky on the same level as Rex Hunter.   [read the full post]

By Rokk Krinn We cut to the Checkmate headquarters in the Swiss Alps. Maxwell Lord is triumphantly looking at a monitor screen that lists the various metahumans who have been killed by the OMACs. We see that Kyle Rayner, Black Lightning, Lightning, Thunder, Dr. Mid-Nite, Black Canary, Hawkgirl, Cyborg and Nightwing have all been killed. Brother I then informs Lord that all the Amazons have just been killed. Suddenly, Brother I informs Lord that Blue Beetle and Booster Gold were found by some OMACs. However, the two heroes having seemingly disappeared. Our heroes pick up a faint distress signal coming from the old headquarters of the Justice League International in London. Booster and Blue Beetle arrive at the old headquarters and are greeted by Catherin...   [read the full post]
