Ausiello from EW got a chance to speak with Heroes cast members Robert Knepper (Samuel), James Kyson Lee (Ando) and Jack Coleman (HRG) at the recent TCA press tour.

Additionally, Coleman confirmed that there will be more blood shed but nothing as shocking as Nathan.

This just gives me the feeling that Hiro and Charlie aren't going to get a happily ever after. I don't know. They might still. But romances don't generally end well on Heroes, so...
