By Rob Keyes This isn’t too much of an update, but it definitely follows that path of Ed Norton that we’ve become accustomed to in reference to his future with Marvel Studios as Bruce Banner/The Hulk. The Avengers is scheduled to debut May 4, 2012.

IMDB lists the Hulk in the new Avengers movie. But, Edward Norton isnt listed as the hulk. It appears Lou Ferrigno is rumored to be the voice of the Hulk. So I wonder if they will just be using a CGI version of the Hulk with no one playing his other half Bruce Banner.

Oh, one note: there is a short homage to TV’s Incredible Hulk, Bill Bixby, in the beginning of the film when Bruce Banner is channel surfing across a brief scene of Bixby in “The Courtship of Eddie’s Father”. Rating - 7/10 stars.

Finally, Peter David with art by Gabriel Hardman gives a mostly narrative tale about the Hulk’s encounter with Dracula. This story is beautifully crafted. Hulk has to deal with angry villagers, Dracula and his bride over the ten page narration. The story has excellent interactions between both Hulk and Banner with Dracula. The story had some hilarious moments when Dracula would watch in awe of Hulk’s indifference to some of the old tricks he likes to play, like opening and closing doors without the use of his hands. Hulk seems to enjoy his visit with the vampires, which makes it all the more funny. This was a fun read that captures the characters perfectly.
