Scout.com's Adam Caplan is reporting that free agent CB Nick Graham has reached a contract agreement with the Indianapolis Colts. Graham made the final roster of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2007 coming out of training camp as an undrafted free agent. Philadelphia waived Graham this August.
