What a long strange trip it’s going to be! In the special two-part Feb. 5 episode of The Office, Michael (Steve Carell) and Pam (Jenna Fischer) hit the road together and end up crossing paths with at least one, and possibly two, people from their past.

Steve Carell, right, as Michael (friend, boss and entertainer), and Rainn Wilson as Dwight, on the alert for a joke to guffaw at, on "The Office." And though it grates to admit it, the American version of "The Office" is very funny - for viewers who never saw the original series on BBC America.

Ultimately, I felt that Jenna Fischer and John Krasinski had done this work, and their performances deserved to be seen. It was kind of artier to remove their voices, but I felt like after this length of time, you deserve to see what was going on and hear it.
