Okay, so I'm obsessed. Last night I started reading Julie Powell's "Julie & Julia", and she describes cooking this in the early chapters of her book - of course, I had to try it. I mean, how hard could it be? 1 lb. of potatoes, 1 lb. of leeks, water, and a Tbsp. of salt.
