By Tempo I spent the holidays not just celebrating the season but also screening fresh episodes of “Scrubs,” “Damages,” “Lost,” “Battlestar Galactica,” “Flight of the Conchords” and “Friday Night Lights,” all of which (finally!) return in January (for dates and such, look here).

By Tempo I'd recommend that policy not just for this episode, but for all episodes this season (though again, I've only seen the first one). The exception would be for stories and posts that discuss episodes that have already aired, or non-spoilery posts that talk about the show in general terms.
