Iggy Pop Says Stooges Are Rehearsing For 2010 Tour

Madonna wants daughter Mercy to know her roots

Madonna will return to Malawi, her daughter Mercy's home country, to meet the girl's father James, according to reports. Apparently the Queen of Pop is hoping to expose Mercy to her native culture and to learn more about the country herself in addition to spending time with the girl's dad, James Kambewa, a 24 year-old porter. Madonna's adoption of the young girl cause controversy after it was revealed the girl's father wanted to custody of Mercy. Her birth-mother died just weeks after giving birth and Kambewa decided to put his daughter in an orphanage because his less than $50/month wages weren't enough to support a child, he felt.
