My life has been changed. I must share my story with you.

It all began seven years ago when I learned of a small country in Africa called Malawi. Over one million children in this country have been orphaned by AIDS and extreme poverty. Children have been left raising children. Learn more by watching the video message I created for you and discover my interest and concern for Malawi.

The moment I realized the impact I could have on these children, my life was transformed. With the smallest actions, I have witnessed enormous change -- and I'd like to give you the opportunity to help others in need and experience the same kind of fulfillment.

Michael Berg and I founded Raising Malawi to bring an end to the extreme poverty and hardship endured by Malawi's orphans and vulnerable children. We have partnered with organizations working with the local communities in Malawi. Rather than simply providing aid, we're empowering Malawians with the tools they need to shape their own destiny.

Despite the unimaginable conditions, there is a hope and a determination in the people of Malawi that is nothing short of contagious. It's the spirit of Malawians that keeps me coming back.
