CHARLIZE Theron and Tom Hardy have signed on for George Miller’s Mad Max: Fury Road. Both Miller and Gibson had their careers made after the success of Mad Max in 1979, and its subsequent sequels The Road Warrior (1981) and Beyond Thunderdome (1985).
