Here Is A New Confirmed Track From Missy Elliott's Seventh Studio Album, Tentatively Titled The Countdown. Shake Your Pom Pom is reported to be the first official single from the new project, & will appear on the Step Up 2 soundtrack. After the huge popularity of Missy's current single; Ching-A-Ling (also from the soundtrack), I'm not surprised that they have decided to put something fresh out. The track itself is HUGE, it is such a banger, production from Timbaland is absolutely on-point, this team is back in action, at last! I'm totally hyped about the new album, Tim & Missy are one of the greatest Hip-Hop teams in history, & Timbo is my favorite musician, period.

Damn, It's Been Along Time Since I've Heard Anything From Missy Elliott, But Here Is A New Track That Has Emerged Called Ching-A-Ling. Missy is one of my favourite artist, period, & while this track didn't 'click' with me straight away, now it's one of my tunes around. The beat, lyrics & style is 100% Missy, she seems to have stuck with that same formula that has brought her success of the years. It just feels so good to have someone as inventive as Missy remaining in the game for so long, she can't go wrong in my eyes. Ching-A-Ling is taken from the excellent soundtrack to the new movie - Step Up 2 - one of the best soundtracks I have heard in a long while.
