Earlier in the night, CBS’s “NCIS” won the 8 pm hour by a wide margin with 17.9 million viewers, ahead of NBC’s “Biggest Loser” (9.7 million). ABC’s “Homeland Security USA” (6.2 million) ranked third, ahead of Fox’s repeat of “Bones” (5 million).
