By Lloyd Anyway so I got my hands on the Neil Young – Chrome Dreams bootleg the other day and man am I glad I have been chasing this album for so long. Besides Young’s On the Beach, which for me easily is Young’s best album, Chrome Dreams is probably the best album Young recorded in the 70s.
