With Rashard Lewis serving a 10-game suspension and Adonal Foyle on the injured list, the Orlando Magic won't have to bother with an inactive list.

Foyle's agent Lon Babby told Josh Robbins they're moving towards an agreement and Magic GM Otis Smith told me it should be done pretty soon.
