By Tempo CBS and Showtime are owned by the same corporate parent, and the broadcast networks have been looking to import cable fare as the Writers Guild of America strike drags on (USA's "Psych" and "Monk," for example, will air on NBC in March). CBS' press release follows.

By Tempo Mr. Monk is moving to NBC, and Shawn and Gus from “Psych” are coming along for the ride. On USA, "Monk" is telecast on Fridays (9-10 p.m. ET) and on Universal HD (11-12 p.m. ET). "Psych" follows on Fridays (10-11 p.m. ET).   All new episodes of "Monk" and "Psych" return to USA on Friday, January 11, 2008.
