Despite the loss of its "Ultimate Fighter" coaches grudge match between Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and Rashad Evans, the Ultimate Fighting Championship has released a solid 11-bout roster for its Dec. 12 event in Memphis, Tenn.

They say you aren't a true champion until you successfully defend your belt. Just ask former titleholders Matt Serra, Vitor Belfort, Forrest Griffin and most recently Rashad Evans -- all of whom came up short their first time around.
